The ATA has practicing students ranging from age two
into the seventies. As we age, our flexibility and agility often
tend to decrease. This decreased level of flexibility can have
a negative effect on the activities we do or the style of life we lead. 

We train our students to the best of their ability. Some students
come to us in shape, while others have come to us not so in-shape.
As a student, you are looked upon as an individual, never compared
to anyone else. All that is expected is a willingness to try.

Taekwondo is an athletic activity that develops a combination of
balance, coordination and flexibility while instilling a sense of
self-discipline and confidence that can carry over into all aspects
of life. This benefits everyone no matter what age they start!
